I had the joy recently of shooting maternity pictures of my dear friend, Missy (affectionately known at our house as Miss-Miss). Missy and Spencer have become some of our closest and most treasured friends since the Lord, in His wonderful wisdom, landed us as neighbors almost exactly a year ago.
Since that time, we have evolved way past neighbor relationship to a friendship for which I have become so grateful. And the memories we are making. On the night we went to the hospital to be induced, Missy fed us dinner and Spencer prayed with us. On our 4th anniversary, they brought dinner over and hung out while we all tried to pacify a screaming, eight-day old Campbell. After our families, Miss-Miss was the first person that Campbell recognized. I think maybe we have walked hundreds of times over the last year through the hole in the fence in the backyard. What a gift this friendship has been for us.
We are beyond thrilled to be on this journey with them as they welcome Ellison Ann into the world.
So, now for the pictures! Obviously they are beautiful people. Bless Missy's sweet heart, she's gained all of about ten pounds. I kept telling her to stick out her belly and look like she was actually pregnant. I posted a ton of pictures, because I loved almost all of them.
