I had a great time photographing Jennifer and her son, Hunter, this weekend. Seven year-old Hunter was a natural in front of the camera and had endless questions about the photo session, including "is that a TV camera?" and "is my picture going to be in the newspaper?"!

Jennifer was the first person to find my site and email me for a session...does that mean I'm a legit photographer now?

Over Spring Break I got to take pictures of my good friend Shannon's three kids, in addition to her sister's four kiddos. For those of you who aren't so good at math, that is SEVEN kids. While I can't imagine spending a week with seven kids non-stop (bless you Shannon!), spending a few hours with them one afternoon was highly entertaining!

The kids ranged in age from just shy of 2 to 11. I absolutely adored the spontaneity of the shoot. While the mothers spent the whole time trying to put the wanderers back in place, I got some of my favorite shots when somebody would fall out of line or do his or her own thing!

And just because I love these girls so much...

Sweet Baby P {Katy Newborn Photographer}

I had the joy of meeting and photographing Baby P and his mother and father this past weekend. Baby P is the 7 week old nephew of a treasured new friend of mine. I had a great time with this sweet family (and hope I didn't scare them off too much by kissing on the baby - so not professional!)
