Rachel (and baby!) { Houston Maternity Photography }

You know you are hard core when you can walk the museum district for hours on end at 37 weeks pregnant, dilated to 3 cm. Seriously, I was way too wimpy for all that.

But not Rachel.

She did that AND looked gorgeous. And we had a good time as we walked, talked all things baby girl, braved the Hermann Park public restroom, and experienced the finery that is the Hotel ZaZa restroom.

Congrats Rachel. Good luck to you and your husband on the birth and first days with your precious baby girl. I hope you LOVE these pictures.

I heard recently that a photography business must have both word-of-mouth referrals and repeat clients in order to gain success. In my early days of business, I have been so blessed to have both of these. I am so indebted to my friends and family for the continued support as I strive to fulfill this dream of mine.

Do these girls look familiar? Their parents (who also happen to be close, "take crazy vacation with" friends of ours) have been a great support to me, as well as my most loyal returning customers! The official reason for this session was that little K was turning 9 months old, but of course big sister got in on the fun too!

Mrs. W (the lovely Matriarch of this fam) hired me to take some updated pictures of her precious family. As you can see, the family is rapidly expanding by cute little girls!

I took a million pictures during this session and I had to laugh when I went back and edited them - they were talking to each other in all the pictures! I love families.

I don't even know how I always manage to have the most beautiful clients. The Spencer family, as you well can see, is definitely no exception. Seriously, how pretty are these people? (Sorry Brandon - I know it isn't really macho to be called pretty!)

I might have fallen in love with little Mr. Dean and his orange hat. With that smile and those lashes, who wouldn't??

I had the pleasure of meeting this sweet family this past week. Mr. E is five and a half months old and just about the cutest little man I have ever seen! He has some meat on him, as you can see, which makes him all the more endearing to me.

Not only was he a precious guy, but his parents were so obviously in love with him. It was a joy to watch and photograph them lovin' on their sweet baby. He is a lucky boy.

It was great to meet you guys!

This sweet bundle of joy is the brand-new baby girl of my sister's very good friend (who also happens to be named Amy!). It has been a pleasure to get to know Amy over the last few years and I was thrilled to capture these images of her, Lee, and sweet Kendall.
